Extraterrestrials According to Al-Quran Preview

Praise be to Allah blessings and greetings hopefully pronounced upon our lord Muhammad, his family, companions and follow them well until the Day of Resurrection. Amma ba'du:

Phenomenon that occurred recently which traces the emergence of a UFO crop circles in Sleman Yogyakarta Indonesia stir people, especially local people because this is the first happening in our country.

Some people simply believe that it was indeed a UFO and is traces of aliens actually exist, whereas the majority of people in a hurry to deny it and say that aliens do not exist.

So how do we as Muslims are required to believe in the supernatural that we can not see it addressing such phenomena?

So how do we as Muslims are required to believe in the supernatural that we can not see it addressing such phenomena?

How the alien phenomenon when viewed from the Quran?

Should note that Who created man from nothing and formed him and breathed him from his soul, and strengthen the creation of the universe, including the magic in it, was also the Almighty to create space and creatures, the Qur'an has demonstrated the existence of creatures unknown to man the prophetic future, as well as the Qur'an indicates Ilmiyah role of invention, and that any news will be time occurrence, Allah Almighty says:

( وَالْخَيْلَ وَالْبِغَالَ وَالْحَمِيرَ لِتَرْكَبُوهَا وَزِينَةً وَيَخْلُقُ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ) (النحل:8)
And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know.

Paragraph above suggests that there are some creatures created by Allah Ta'aala of animal species that we do not know, these creatures because Allah Ta'aala connect with horses, mules and donkeys are a type of animal.

And is mentioned in the Quran several other verses that seem to imply the existence of animals in heaven and earth, of which the word of God Ta'alaa:

( وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَهُوَ عَلَى جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاء قَدِيرٌ) (الشورى:29)
And one of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and what He has spread forth in both of them of living beings; and when He pleases He is all-powerful to gather them together. (QS.42:29)

Some scholars say that lafaz daabbah (creeping creature) suggests that the creatures besides angels because God Almighty distinguish between living creatures with the angels mentioned it in his words:

 (وَلِلّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مِن دَآبَّةٍ وَالْمَلآئِكَةُ وَهُمْ لاَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ) (النحل:49)
And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant. [QS An-Nahl: 49)

Allah Ta'ala says in the above verse creeping creatures in the heavens and on earth than the creeping creature just to name the angels.

With verses like this some scholars said that no harm is a sign on his form other worlds, but should we not ensure this, because these verses may contain more than one possibility pentakwilan. (Fatwa of Shaykh Abdullah Al-Faqih hadidzohullah Ta'alaa)

As for the idea that these creatures were created humans with a form intermediaries like it with DNA and that she is a magical force that resulted in his form of man, then it is essentially an opinion which denies akidahnya vanity.

conclusion:

Although the Qur'an has indicated in several verses about the possible existence in space, but we can not be sure that a phenomenon that occurs in the earth is a trace of their existence, because no one has ever seen them directly form as is often portrayed in the movies, so we can not directly deny their existence because the Qur'an has signaled that allows their existence.

But we should not concern themselves too deep on this issue because it is not including the case of worship prescribed by God for us to expect the reward and bless Him in this world and the hereafter.

Wallau A’lam bishowab.
